What AI models do you use for image generation?

We use the latest and most advanced AI models available, including state-of-the-art generative models that produce high-quality, detailed images. Our AI technology is continuously updated to ensure you get the best results for your custom puzzle.

Can I use my own image for the puzzle?

Yes! You can either describe your vision in text and let our AI generate an image, or upload your own photo. We support high-resolution images to ensure your puzzle has beautiful, clear details.

What materials are available?

We offer two premium material options: Premium Cardboard for a classic feel and durable gameplay, and Food-Grade Plastic for water-resistant, long-lasting puzzles. Both are A/A+ health certified.

What piece counts do you offer?

We offer four puzzle sizes: 100 pieces (12x8 inches), 300 pieces (16x12 inches), 500 pieces (20x15 inches), and 1000 pieces (28x20 inches). Perfect for various age groups and difficulty levels.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders typically process within 5-7 business days. Shipping is then handled via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days for most US locations. You'll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $45. Orders under this amount will have a standard shipping fee.

What if my puzzle arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging to prevent damage. If you receive a damaged puzzle, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll provide a replacement or refund.

Can I make gift orders with custom messages?

During checkout, you can select the 'Make It a Gift' option to add a personalized gift message. Your puzzle will arrive in beautiful gift packaging.
